When choosing your quantity, you will want to match, at minimum, the total number to your number of attendees.  For example, If you have 80 attendees and just want Garden Salad added, then add 80 Garden Salads. If you would like to have Macaroni & Cheese and Sautéed Greens then choose 80 Macaroni & Cheese and 80 Sautéed Greens.
