It’s truffle season here at Flaky!!! We make our tart cherry sauce, chop up some additional dried cherries and rolled all of that together with our dark Belgian chocolate ganache. To finish? We roll it in our signature cocoa blend. For caramel cookie, our salty caramel is ribboned into dark Belgian ganache and finished with a house-made cookie crunch.
