Rufus Estes was born a slave and still seemed to test his recipes day after day and became the first black man to write a recipe book in 1911. This is when the Velvet Cake was born. You notice what is missing? RED! We are going back to its natural roots in honor of Rufus and his amazing journey.

Hinted with mocha, with a velvety texture, our Caramel Velvet Cake has layers of sea salt caramel, velvet cake and our fluffy, silky and not teeth shatteringly sweet cream cheese frosting.

Perfect for a special occasion, our Love Roll Roulade Cake has layers of real espresso cake rolled around hazelnut almond vanilla bean cream. If that's not enough, we pour the finest chocolate ganache over it and stripe it with ruby chocolate.
