Using our sourdough starter, Augustus, we handcraft generously sized fluffy flatbreads in 3 flavor options:
Sausage and Pepperjack - pepper jack cheese and sausage mixed w/ white wine, cream and fresh herbs including thyme and oregano.
Caprese - fresh mozzarella, salted tomatoes and basil pesto and finished with balsamic glaze.
Mediterranean - spinach, feta, tomatoes and finished with lemon vinaigrette.
