If you think we have dropped the ball and our pastries do not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team at info@flakynotflaky.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for assistance.

Although we want to be responsible for every part of the process, we are not responsible for any orders returned due to a refusal of delivery or invalid/incorrect address or non-adherence to our shipping policies. We wish it didn't have to be like that, but we cannot sell an item once it has been returned to us and our waist lines are getting too big as it is.
