How does this whole thing work?

We are in Truist Plaza in the food court. You can come in to see what we have in stock or order for delivery or in store pickup. We are very new to a storefront, so right now it takes us 1-4 days to make your goodies. Soon, you will be able to purchase your goodies, breakfast or lunch and immediately come get it! For now, once your goodies are ready, you will receive notification that your order is ready for either pickup or delivery.

What if I want my order NOW?

Come to the shop and see what we have! Or shoot us a text @ 770-847-0427 and we will let you know what we have available. 

What if I don't want my order now, but want to set it up now?

Just add into the checkout notes the date that you would like your order! You will receive a follow up email confirming your request.

Due to carrier and quality issues, we are only available for pickup and delivery. If you want to plead your case of why we should ship to you out of state, then send us an email to info@flakynotflaky.com.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

We do! 

If I choose delivery, when will I get my goodies?

Your goodies will be delivered within 2-5 days of ordering them. Need them delivered on a specific date? Just request in the checkout notes!

What if I can't be available on delivery day?

Not to worry! You do not have to be home for delivery. We will find a safe place to leave your goodies. With that said, once your treats are out of our hands, they are also no longer our responsibility so please plan accordingly.

Pickup

Once I order, when do I pickup my treats?

Your treats will be ready within 1-4 days from the time of purchase. Once we receive your order we will get to work and you will receive notification by email when they are ready.
