How does this whole thing work?

We are an online bakery available for delivery and curbside pickup. Everything is fresh to order and so it takes us 1-4 days to make your goodies. Once your goodies are ready, you will receive notification that your order is ready for either pickup or delivery.

What if I want my order NOW?

Unfortunately, everything is baked fresh. So plan, plan, plan! We may be able to help you get some items the same day, so please shoot us a text @ 770-847-0427 and we will let you know what we have available. 

What if I don't want my order now, but want to set it up now?

Just add into the checkout notes the date that you would like your order! You will receive a follow up email confirming your request.

Due to carrier and quality issues, we are only available for pickup and delivery. If you want to plead your case of why we should ship to you out of state, then send us an email to info@flakynotflaky.com.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

We do! 

If I choose delivery, when will I get my goodies?

Your goodies will be delivered within 2-5 days of ordering them. Need them delivered on a specific date? Just request in the checkout notes!

What if I can't be available on delivery day?

Not to worry! You do not have to be home for delivery. We will find a safe place to leave your goodies. With that said, once your treats are out of our hands, they are also no longer our responsibility so please plan accordingly.

Pickup

Once I order, when do I pickup my treats?

Your treats will be ready within 1-4 days from the time of purchase. Once we receive your order we will get to work and you will receive notification by email when they are ready. 

Where do I pick up my treats?

Midtown, Atlanta! Specifically 1080 Peachtree St NE Atlanta Ga 30309. You will drive to the back of the building, which is Crescent St, and pull into the parking garage which is directly across the street from Sam's of San Francisco. Pull in, and take a ticket from the machine (we will provide validation so that your parking is free). Once in the garage, follow the road up the first ramp and park near the back door to Panera and Bank of America. Once parked, text 770-847-0427 and let us know where you are parked with the make and model of your car. You will have your treats within minutes!

I need to get my order sooner! What do I do?

No worries! Just text us @ 770-847-0427 and we will let you know what can be done.
