We have taken your threats seriously of not having this sconut as a regular offering and brought it to our regular menu - don’t burn our house down, it’s here! Coppa ham, Gruyère cheese and chives ribbon this subtly sweet sconut. It wouldn’t be a sconut without the glaze though - a sweet glaze hinted with mustard seeds, thyme and balsamic vinegar.
